Project Execution & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate CEO-initiated strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective execution.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and consolidate executive-level insights and reports.
  • Ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

Management Reporting & Information Consolidation

  • Consolidate periodic reports and data from Accounting, Legal, and subsidiary companies.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for executive, strategic, and partner meetings.

    Represent the CEO in cross-functional and strategic discussions when authorized.

Executive Operations & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, agendas, and scheduling priorities.
  • Proactively identify critical matters and optimize time allocation aligned with weekly/monthly goals.
  • Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics and organize Holdings-level internal events.

Flexible Support & Operational Improvement

  • Provide flexible, ad-hoc support to reduce CEO workload and improve executive efficiency.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or Strategic Management.
  • At least 02 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Portfolio Management; background in technology, mobile apps, or gaming is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and business/financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling strategic tasks with minimal supervision.
