1. Strategy Support & Market Intelligence

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in decision-making on product direction, marketing initiatives, and market expansion.
  • Research and analyze global game studios, publishers, and competitors — covering product portfolios, growth strategies, technology trends, and data systems.
  • Track industry trends and player behavior, identifying opportunities to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning and optimize its product portfolio.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects initiated by the CEO, ensuring alignment across teams (Product, Marketing, Data, Operations).
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate performance metrics, and deliver executive-level reports and insights.
  • Ensure all initiatives are executed on time, on strategy, and with measurable results.

3. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare strategic reports, analytical briefs, and presentation materials for CEO meetings with internal teams or external partners.
  • Consolidate key insights, feedback, and recommendations into actionable follow-ups.
  • When delegated, represent the CEO in cross-departmental meetings and strategy sessions.

4. Flexible Support

  • Take on diverse assignments beyond core expertise to help reduce CEO workload and increase leadership impact.
  • Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to ensure overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or Strategic Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Management, Data, or Marketing—preferably in tech, mobile apps, or gaming.
  • Questioning and problem-solving skills to come up with good solutions
  • Strong analytical skills: able to conduct research, financial/business analysis, and market assessment.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable handling strategic tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Passion for mobile games, technology, and innovation is a must.
